MICHAEL G. CASALE, CLEARWATER—Michael G. Casale, 91, passed away on July 26, 2021, surrounded by his family at his home in Clearwater, Florida. Mike was born in Girard, Ohio, on September 3, 1929, son of John Casale and Adeline Carson. Mike grew up on the family farm, and although he did not have any siblings, he was very close to his cousins.  Mike was a graduate of McDonald High School. He attended Ohio Northern University, where he graduated from Pharmacy School. Mike owned Drexel Park Pharmacy in Warren, Ohio, for over 40 years. In 1956, he married his late wife, Barbara Lee Fletcher. Mike leaves behind his four children John (Sue) Casale of Granville, OH; Carl (Julie) Casale of The Villages, FL; Amy (Randy) Cardinale of Clearwater FL and Lori (Brendan) Hernon of Warren, OH; 11 grandchildren, Michael, Nicholas, Lauren, Patrick, Joseph, Blaine, Barbara, Quinn, Kieran, Brenna and Cara. and 7 great-grandchildren, Julia, Dylan, Logan, Katherine, Hannah, Michael, and Sydney.  Mike was always an avid poker and pinochle player, world-traveler, and esteemed businessman. Mike also enjoyed walking on the beach and going to Thai Chi class. He never passed up a piece of homemade apple pie or an oatmeal cookie. Mike was a generous man who could always make the room laugh.  The family would like to extend their thanks to Morton Plant Hospital and Suncoast Hospice for their excellent care and compassion.
