What We Do
The following is a list of services we provide to families needing our assistance. If you request a service that is not listed please contact R Lee Williams & Son Funeral Home and Crematory.
Traditional Burials, Memorial Services or Visitations
We have two Chapels to choose from when selecting options for your service. You can view the chapels on the Tour Our Facility page or you can stop by and have one of our Funeral Directors show you the two Chapels.
Non-Traditional Burial, Entombment or Cremation without visitation.
For this type of funeral service, you select the services and merchandise from several itemized options.
Private Family Viewing
A private viewing is limited to one hour. Additional charges will be made for a viewing lasting more than one hour or during times other than office hours.
Candlelight Memorial Service
This is the same as a traditional service, except the body is not present for the visitation or the funeral. The private family viewing explained above also applies here.
This allows you to select the type of services and merchandise for local arrangements and then the remains are shipped out of town for final services.
This is designed for those who want a ground burial or interment of cremains with a service only at the cemetery. Itemized options may be selected at the family's discretion.
Ship-in's are for those who want remains shipped to our funeral home for final services. Itemized options are available.
Ship-out is when there is to be no local service and the remains are to be shipped to a funeral home out of town.
Bag Pipe Players
Scattering of Cremains at Sea
Captain Dave Zalewski provides this service for us and can also take your family out for a memorial service.
The better way to purchase cemetery property (Crypts, Mausoleums and Cremation Niches) at much less than the cemetery prices. Call Mike Calamari @ 727-527-1177.
We have a reception room which is available for the families we serve, please talk to one of our Funeral Directors for more information.
We will review your current Pre-Arrangement to see if it can be switched over to our funeral home and in many cases, once you have transferred the Pre-Arrangement, you are entitled to a refund.
Florida law does not require embalming. However, embalming will be necessary if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a viewing. If you do not want embalming, you have the right to choose an arrangement, such as direct cremation or immediate burial, that does not require embalming. R Lee Williams & Son Funeral Home and Crematory will obtain written authorization to embalm by the immediate next of kin, before we embalm.
